Super Hero Sports Team Cards

Hi everyone. I shared these cards on I made for my amazing powerchair football team on instagram  & people seemed to like them so I thought I'd share how I made them.
They are truly very simple cards to make, the mama elephant tiny hero stamp set working surprisingly well for sports teams. I think the best part of it is that the cards are easily mass produced but are also very customisable, each one can be made to be unique for whoever you are giving the card to....did that actually made any sense? They can all be unique but similar.

Anyway, I started out by stamping a bunch of the little boys from the Mama Elephant Tiny Heroes stamp set (me being the only girl on my powerchair football team) onto Neenah Solar white cardstock using memento black ink. Then I coloured them in using my alcohol markers to correspond to my team colours (which are blue (TB5, TB6 & TB9) & yellow (CT3 & CT4) being the Leeds team) & cut them out using the dies that go with these stamps.
After that I did the background which was a simple matter of buffing a little Salty Ocean Distress ink through the Heidi Swapp striped stencil onto another piece of Neenah Solar White cardstock cut to A6 size & then trimmed by a centimetre on the length and the width.

Next I glued on the stars which were a mixture of the Studio Calico wooden veneer ones & some yellow plastic ones that came in a Studio Calico monthly subscription kit & the little super heroes (attached using foam tape).
The sentiments came from a Simon Says Stamp stamp set, 'Smile' being stamped using versafine ink & 'you did it' being stamped in Lawn Fawn's Fish Tank ink onto the Neenah off cuts & then attached using foam tape.

This panel was then attached to the front of a premade that had had some of the Distress ink in Salty Ocean buffed around the outside & as a final touch I added some yellow glitter glue to the superhero's eye masks.

The supplies I use are listed below. I don't use affiliate links.
